Resident Jane Johnston and Director of Sales and Marketing Linda Stanton took a trip to the WCCO studios in Minneapolis to show viewers how to make gorgeous wearable art using only a silk scarf, some colorful permanent markers, rubbing alcohol, and a plastic bag.
