Plymouth Deputy Mayor Jim Willis and Hennepin County Commissioner Kevin Anderson were among the many city dignitaries who attended the event.
When completed in Fall 2025, the $56 million expansion will include 52 independent-living homes, 18 assisted-living homes, and 16 memory-care homes, as well as a new bistro-style restaurant.
